Our Sensing service focuses on the human element of an organization. By interviewing and assessing the members of the organization as individuals and in groups, we are able to offer executives an incredibly nuanced and intimate assessment of their workforce and workforce conditions.
An executive cannot effectively improve morale and productivity if s/he does not fully understand the social and psychological state of the workforce.
While Toussaint & Associates predominately works with Fire Protection and Law Enforcement agencies, we provide services to private and public organizations of all types and sizes.
